After purchasing your chosen experience, a member of Chloé’s dedicated team will contact you via email to start the fulfillment process. If you ordered a signed image, we will request a photo of you to create your unique, personalised selfie with Chloé. If you ordered a song, the team will consult with you on the specific lyrical content and dedication (e.g., for a friend or relative). We will keep you updated on the song's production progress, and once complete, you will receive the final product for personal use. Please consult the FAQs for full details.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your selfie to be created and sent back to you.
You will receive a picture in .png format that features you with Chloé in Paris.
When you complete your order, we will contact you and request you send an image. This needs to be an image of yourself with no one else in the photo. It could be a portrait picture or a selfie you took on your phone. Ensure your face is visible in the photo without any obstruction and remove glasses for best results.
We work with our digital tools to create a unique image of you with Chloé that is exclusive to you. Your image is only used for the purpose of creating the selfie. Once you have received the image, you can choose to have it included in Chloé’s fan club on the website (optional).
Your selfie is unique to you and sent to you privately. If you want it to be featured in Chloé’s fan club area on the website, you can request this (no extra cost). You can also share your selfie on social media, with friends and family.
We recommend you provide a high quality image in JPEG or PNG that has good natural lighting for best results. This can be taken on a phone or with a DSLR camera.
Once you order, we will send you a short questionnaire to understand more about who the song is for and begin the production stage of creating it.
This involves several phases that can take up to 7 days for the production to be completed once our engineers have worked on fine-tuning your unique song.
Once you have received your song, you can share it with friends, family or post it on social media for personal use only. (for commercial use, please contact us as this requires a separate licence which is an add-on)
